A day after coming out of jail on bail in the money laundering case related to the liquor scam, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal announced his resignation. Kejriwal will resign from his post on September 17. AAP 's national convenor Arvind Kejriwal said that I will return to the post only if the public's decision comes in our favor. After Kejriwal's resignation, many names are running in the race for the post of Chief Minister of Delhi. One name is also of his wife Sunita Kejriwal . Apart from this, Atishi, Gopal Rai , Kailash Gehlot, and Saurabh Bhardwaj are also being told in the race. The decision on the Chief Minister is now expected to be taken in the Legislature Party meeting tomorrow at 11 am.
