Bihar Shocking Video:  A woman and her children tied a 14-year-old boy to a pole and chained his legs for plucking a plant in Bihar's Begusarai district on Saturday (September 21). A video of the incident has surfaced in which the minor is seen unconscious with his legs chained, while his family members are crying at the scene surrounded by a crowd.

After the video surfaced, Begusarai SP Manish took action and ordered an investigation. An FIR has been registered against the accused woman Sumitra Devi and her children. The police are actively searching for the accused, who are currently absconding. The incident happened when 14-year-old Dilkhush Kumar broke the plant of neighbor Sumitra Devi. In return, Sumitra, along with her son and daughters, chained Dilkhush's feet and tied him to a pole, and started beating him.

Many allegations against the woman

Upon hearing the news of the attack, the boy's family rushed to the spot and managed to rescue him. Seriously injured Dilkhush was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment, where he reportedly kept fainting repeatedly due to the severity of the injuries. Locals claimed that Sumitra Devi had a history of threatening and intimidating her neighbors.

SP Manish confirmed this brutal act in a press release, stating that the accused woman and her children have fled after the incident, and the police are conducting raids to arrest them.
