The much-anticipated trailer of The Diplomat, starring Bollywood actor John Abraham and Sadia Khatiab, was released today, Friday. The release coincides with the birth anniversary of the late Sushma Swaraj, paying tribute to her significant efforts in 2017 to aid Indian diplomat JP Singh in bringing back India’s daughter.

Directed by Shivam Nair, the film presents John Abraham in a role driven by strategy and diplomacy, unlike any of his previous on-screen characters.
