Kim Yong-Hyun: Former South Korean Defense Minister Kim Yong-Hyun has attempted suicide before his formal arrest at a detention center. He is accused of recommending President Yoon Suk Yeol to impose martial law. According to media reports, Justice Minister Park Sung Jae confirmed the incident during a parliamentary committee meeting. During a search of the President's office on Wednesday, police prevented Kim from committing suicide using his undergarment.
