The official launch event of Project Mandhar, held on February 7, 2025, in Munich, Germany, marked a significant milestone in international cooperation. Comprehensive 14-Week Training Program
Starting February 17, 2025, Project Mandhar will conduct a 14-week intensive training program to equip participants with essential skills.

Cultural Awareness & Integration:

By the end of this training, students will be proficient in basic German (A1 level) and will have the necessary cultural understanding to integrate smoothly into the German workforce.
First Batch: 250 Students from Bihar
The inaugural batch consists of 250 students from Bihar who hold technical qualifications, including ITI and Polytechnic Diplomas. These students will undergo specialized training in technical skills, language development, and interview preparation to boost their employability in German industries.
