Congress Vs BJP: Amidst the uproar over Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar in the winter session of Parliament, a fierce 'fight' was seen between the ruling party and the opposition parties outside the Parliament on Thursday. The ruling and opposition parties are face to face in the House over Baba Saheb Ambedkar. Earlier, during the protest in the Parliament premises, two BJP MPs Pratap Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput got injured. The BJP claimed that both the MPs got injured due to Rahul Gandhi's push in the Lok Sabha. However, the Congress completely rejected these allegations of the BJP and blamed the BJP.

Who started the ruckus in Parliament?

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge held a press conference and clarified the scuffle in Parliament and told how the whole incident started. Mallikarjun Kharge said, 'Today we had a protest and we were peacefully protesting in a row. I don't know what they thought. We were walking and they came to Makar Dwar and sat there to stop us. We wanted to go inside, but they stopped us at the gate. And to show their muscle power, they had many male MPs. Our female MPs were also with us and they were also stopped. They forcefully attacked us.'

"I'm in no position to push"

The Congress president further said, 'I am not in a position to push anyone, and I could not maintain my balance, and I sat down. Now they are alleging that we pushed them. Priyanka Gandhi led the agitation… we have only women members. They were all men. This kind of atmosphere created by the BJP will not be tolerated. You must have seen the agitation due to their mistake.'

BJP's woman MP made serious allegations

BJP's woman Rajya Sabha MP from the northeastern state of Manipur, S. Phangnon Konyak, has accused the Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi of misbehaving in the Lok Sabha. BJP's woman MP S. Phangnon Konyak wrote a letter to Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar on Thursday accusing Rahul Gandhi of misbehavior. She said that she was participating in a peaceful protest against the atrocities committed by the Congress party against Baba Saheb Ambedkar, when this incident happened.
