Taking a dig at the Mahavikas Aghadi in his address, PM Modi said, 'The Maha Aghadi vehicle has neither wheels nor brakes. And there is a fight to sit in the driver's seat. Different types of horns are being heard from all sides. It is worth noting that voting is going to be held in a single phase on November 20 for 288 assembly seats in Maharashtra, for which political parties have fielded their star campaigners.
