Bihar Public Service Commission issued legal notice to Khan Sir protesting against decision in Patna on 15 February, 2023. BPSC has asked to issue an official apology to the students of Bihar within 15 days. One of the notable protesters and educator Khan Sir was accused of making degrading comments against BPSC. It was during the protest that many came forward to accuse BPSC students of irregularities during the December 13 CCE exam.
Along with many others Khan Sir addressed the crowd of students protesting outside of Patna's BPSC office accusing the BPSC of selling seats and portraying them as thieves. The allegations further drew speculation as most students called for an investigation over the administration's behavior on the day of the exam.
Repeating what everyone else was saying Khan Sir went on to state "Pehle desh ka GDP gira, phit Bihar mei pul gira, phir BPSC gir gya," in other words stating what came first, military, construction and BPSC respectively.
Lawful Documents Served To All Five Outlets Of Khan Global Studies With Action For Defamation Prepared
On the 28th of October of 23, BPSC issued legal letters to all five centers of Khan Global Studies. The centres are in Mukherjee Nagar Karol Bagh, Delhi, Boring Road, Patna, Mussalpur Haat, Prayagraj.
In the legal notice, the commission asked him first to explain his remarks against the BPSC and then issue an apology in 15 days, otherwise, they will be forced to take action against him. Khan has been accused of stating that the BPSC seats were being sold, which is in the possession of people at chairman and sub chairman level.
The commission replied to him in a retaliation action by slamming him stating that he didn’t just end there but also went on with making unnecessary provocative remarks against the candidates campaigning against the BPSC resulting to a compromise on law and order. It went on to claim that his warranted the state to act in manners that were contrary to proper legal orders.
Khan then received a letter from BPSC defining the negative impact caused to the organizations along with its officials by his set of remarks. Moonisha Khan had her name on the list of organizers and reportedly queried advisors about the rumors being spread, allegations being made which could affect the careers of these candidates in the future. This means, the Bihar Public Service Commission could make move against the educator under the IT Act in the case that there was no response.
