Even in the cold season, the body needs the same amount of water as in the summer season. It is just that due to the cold, we reduce drinking water.   • Headache: Some of us often feel heaviness or pain in the head, in such a situation they ignore it thinking it is normal, but it can be a sign of water deficiency. Lack of water in the body causes constant headache. When there is a lack of water in our body, the brain cells start shrinking. According to the Indian Journal of Medical Research, lack of water in the body also affects our ability to think and understand.
  • Dry skin: Many times our skin looks dry in the cold season, one reason for this can be lack of water. Dryness of the skin occurs when there is a lack of water in the body. Although dry skin is a common problem in winter, but if it is happening too much then pay attention to it. If a crust is forming on the skin, then it can be due to lack of water, people who drink less water for a long time can have dry skin.

Urine color is too yellow: If the color of urine is becoming too yellow, then pay attention to it, also if less urine is coming out, then also take a look. If there is a burning sensation after urinating, then understand that there is a lack of water in the body. Drinking less water has an immediate effect on urine. Lack of water in the body can cause urine related problems. If the color of urine is dark yellow, then you should immediately understand that you are drinking less water.

  • Dry Mouth: If your lips are cracking a lot, drying up frequently or your throat is dry, then you are suffering from dehydration. If you feel dryness in your mouth, then understand that there is a lack of water in the body. Dry mouth means that due to lack of water in the salivary glands, saliva is not being produced in the right amount. If you see such symptoms, start drinking more water.

Heaviness in the heart: Lack of water in the body for a long time also affects the amount of blood. In such a situation, the heart has to work harder to supply blood. This puts pressure on the heart and a feeling of heaviness is felt. Sometimes the heartbeat becomes faster while walking.
