The Board of Control for Cricket in India has officially called out the final 15 members who are going to be competing on behalf of India in the coming Champions Trophy which is set to take place in Dubai. This was communicated by BCCI Chief Selector Ajit Agarkar at a press conference in Mumbai on Saturday.
As a warm-up for the Champions Trophy, the team will also participate in a five-match ODI series against England, that will help the team to practice and know how to apply their skills and game plans properly.
Captain Rohit Sharma also went to the BCCI headquarters to be a part of the selection meeting for India’s squad for the Champions’ Trophy. This however took over more than two hours to be stated.

We must keep in mind that the ICC has also given the green light for a hybrid model for the tournament. Hence, the matches will be held in Pakistan and UAE. In case India makes it to the final, the match will be hosted in Dubai, otherwise Lahore will host the final match on March 9.
