Fingerprints from the crime scene need further analysis, and Saif Ali Khan's attacker was reported imaging hiding in the building garden for two hours.

Saif Ali Khan is anticipated to be released from the hospital today and the cops are thoroughly dealing with the situation as he was intruded by an anonymous assailant inside his flat in Bandra. The metropolitan magistrate's court in Bandra has remanded the accused in five-day police custody.

The Mumbai police reconstructed the offending actor's apartment, Satguru Sharan in Bandra while he was already stabbed by Bollywod actor Saif Alikhan. The Amervah behind things, hid in the garden of the building for around 2 hours to escsope arrest. He has also since been placed under police detention for five days by a magistrate in Bandra.

The criminal hid in the garden of the 'Satguru Sharan' building for around two hours because he was afraid he was going to get caught. He was later apprehended a few days later on the 16th of January. These claims were made by an official in an interview with PTI.

The doctors at the Lilavati hospital in Mumbai stated that the actor is doing fine now and he is expected to be discharged today. As of now, Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has been stabbed by an attacker when he was trying to occupy his highrise apartment situated in the posh area of Bandra. The attacker was caught three days after the act took place in Thane.

Claims To Be From Kolkata

The arrested individual was caught on a sunday and at first tried to claim that he was a resident of Kolkata. Thankfully, the police were able to track down his older brother who is based in Bangladesh and managed to get his school leaving certificate which proved otherwise.

According to the police, this document is concrete proof of the attackers being a Bangladeshi citizen. The police claimed that the 30 year old man was identified as Shariful Islam Shezhad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir now turned Vijay Das.

The Actor’s Building Yields Additional Fingerprints of the Suspect

The actor's building seems to have the touch of the accused on it, for the cops procured multiple fingerprints of the accused at the crime scene. These include the bathroom window from which he exited, the bottom of the shaft, and the ladder used to get out from the duct.

The actor's Satguru Sharan housing complex was also visited by local police and crime branch. “They came over to collect fingerprints for the investigation. The forensic unit was present at the building as well,” reported in PTI
