Spin bowler Yuzvendra Chahal, who has been out of the Indian team for a long time, is making his mark in England. Chahal has played only T20 and ODI cricket for India. He has not yet had a chance to make his Test debut. But Chahal is working hard to make a place in the Indian Test team.

Chahal has done wonders in the county cricket being played in England. Playing for Northamptonshire, Chahal has definitely tried to attract the attention of the selectors by taking 9 wickets in a match.

Based on Chahal's superb bowling, Northamptonshire defeated Derbyshire by 133 runs. In this match, Yuzvendra Chahal took 9 wickets while Rob Key took 8 wickets.

Along with taking 9 wickets in this match, Chahal also completed his 100 wickets in his first-class career. Chahal has so far taken 106 wickets in 60 innings of first-class cricket. Chahal was last seen playing a T20 match for India against West Indies in the year 2023. He was included in the Indian team in the T20 World Cup but he did not play a single match.
