The area surrounding Yamuna Expressway has become the latest property investment hub in Delhi-NCR, largely due to the ongoing development of the Noida International Airport near Jewar.   • Next 40% Payment: Within 60 days of allotment letter (includes GST)
  • Delayed Payment Interest: 13.50% annually
  • Remaining 60%: Payable in four half-yearly installments over 2 years at 10.50% interest
  • Installment Default Penalty: Extra 3% interest (total 13.50%)

Lease Terms and Rent Structure

  • Lease Duration: 90 years
  • Annual Lease Rent: 2.5% of the total premium (increased by 50% every 10 years)
  • One-Time Lease Option: Pay lump sum equal to 11 years' lease rent
  • Possession Timeline: After lease deed execution and 40% payment
  • Late Possession Penalty: ₹10 per sq. metre/day
