This is how we met

Milind had told in an interview that once he was in a night club where Ankita was dancing with someone else. As soon as I saw her, I said, Oh my God who is she? I gave her my number after which a phase of talks and meetings started. We fell in love and then got married.

Milind Soman, a former supermodel, entered the industry in 1995 with Alisha Chinai's music video 'Made In India'. This song of Alisha became a favourite of all ages in which Milind's fitness was highly appreciated. However, Milind too could not keep himself away from controversies.

Milind Soman was born in 1965 in Glasgow, Scotland. Very few people know that he tried his hand at event management and has been in this business for almost 30 years. He studied electrical engineering but could not complete the degree because he knew he would never be able to become a good engineer.

Very few people know that before becoming a fitness freak, Milind used to smoke 30 cigarettes a day. In 2004, he was successful in kicking this habit out of his life forever. He entered the Limca Book of Records in 2012 for running 1500 km from Delhi to Mumbai in 30 days. He debuted in India's first English TV serial 'A Mouthful of Sky'. Milind won his first award for his role in a Marathi film named 'Nagarik'.

National champion for 4 years

Milind Soman is an excellent swimmer. He won his first national championship medal at the age of 9. He held the title of national champion breaststroke swimmer for 4 consecutive years since 1984. This super stud of the film industry is actively involved in many social activities, among which, he was an active member of the Pinkathon marathon, which spread awareness about breast cancer across India.

Milind Soman married French actress Mylene Jampenoi in 2006, but the marriage lasted only 3 years and the two broke up. Apart from running, we have all seen Milind Soman doing small roles in films.
