Suzlon Energy , Suzlon share price : Suzlon Energy has announced a major restructuring of its Netherlands-based subsidiaries to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. As per the company’s latest filing, SE Blades Technology BV (SBT) and SEBV have been merged to form AE Rotor Holdings BV (AERH). This new entity will now be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Suzlon Energy Limited (SEL).

The merger will come into effect from February 14, 2025.

No Change in Shareholding Pattern

Suzlon has clarified that this merger will not involve any cash transactions, as AERH already holds a 100% stake in both SBT and SEBV.

  • Since the new entity is already under Suzlon’s full ownership, the shareholding pattern remains unchanged.
