Looking at all the allegations, it seems that along with POCSO, laws like the Information Technology Act 2000, the Women Prohibition Act 1986, and the Cigarettes-Other Tobacco Products Act 2003 have also been violated due to this content. For information, let us tell you that Ekta Kapoor is the joint managing director of Balaji Telefilms Limited, while her mother Shobha Kapoor is its managing director. The matter is currently under investigation.
