Why was YouTuber banned?
According to the report of 'TOI', SEBI found in its investigation that Ravindra Balu Bharti and his company advised people to invest without registration.
Through Ravindra Bharati Education Institute, he lured inexperienced investors to invest in the stock market. Two YouTube channels owned by Ravindra Balu Bharati have 19 lakh followers.
SEBI found in its investigation that Ravindra Balu Bharti encouraged his followers to make risky investments. The company did not disclose the risks related to the investment and continued to give advice without the necessary registration from SEBI. It also earned a lot of money by doing such work. It is alleged that Ravindra Balu Bharti encouraged individual investors to sell several investment schemes. He also influenced the decisions of the investors.
