Changes Likely in Pakistan's Playing XI
After a poor performance in the second ODI, Pakistan is likely to shuffle its playing XI. The opening combination of Imam-ul-Haq and Abdullah Shafique is expected to be retained despite low scores, as the management is likely to show continued faith in them. Babar Azam, almost certain to bat at number three, will be keen to regain form.
Middle Order and All-Round Options
Captain Mohammad Rizwan is set to bat at number four and will also keep wickets. At number five, Salman Ali Agha is expected to be retained. Khushdil Shah may replace Tayyab Tahir, who failed to perform in the second match. Faheem Ashraf, who impressed with a half-century, is likely to maintain his spot in the lineup.
