The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) officially released the schedule for the 18th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) on February 16, 2025.
The season will commence with a high-octane clash between defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at Eden Gardens on March 22. The final match of the tournament will also take place at Eden Gardens on May 25, 2025.
