Praising superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, who is making his debut as a director, actress, and MP Kangana Ranaut said that it is great that he is trying to make his own identity by breaking away from the conventional path. On November 19, it was announced that Aryan will direct a streaming series.

Kangana has shared a post on social media welcoming Aryan's decision. The actress has shared a screenshot of the post made in her stories section of Instagram. The post reads, "It is great that children from film families are moving beyond just wanting to do makeup, lose weight, dress up, and consider themselves actors."

He further added, “We must collectively raise the standards of Indian cinema, this is the need of the hour, and those who have the resources often take the easy route. We need more people behind the cameras, it is good that Aryan Khan is trying to break away from the conventional path and make his own identity. His debut as a writer and filmmaker is eagerly awaited.”

Talking about Aryan's directorial debut, it is a multi-genre project that offers an unfiltered perspective on cinema through the adventures of a charming ambitious outsider roaming the streets of B-Town.

It will be released on Netflix in 2025. Before this series, Netflix and Red Chillies Entertainment have successfully completed six projects together.

It was produced by Aryan's mother Gauri Khan.

Gauri and Shahrukh got married in 1991. Aryan was born in 1997. Their daughter Suhana was born in 2000. This power couple announced the birth of AbRam through surrogacy in 2013.
