Brilliant batting by Litchfield
The opening pair of Phoebe Litchfield (60) and Georgia Voll gave Australia a great start with a partnership of 130 runs. Voll then shared a 92-run partnership with Perry for the second wicket. After Voll was out, Perry continued her aggressive batting and shared a 98-run partnership with Beth Mooney (56) to deny the Indian bowlers a chance to make a comeback. For Australia, Annabel Sutherland took four wickets for 38 runs in 8.5 overs. Australia had won the first match by five wickets. The last match of the series will be played on Wednesday at the WACA ground in Perth.
