New Delhi. Former Test batsman Sunil Gavaskar has cautioned Team India, which lost the Adelaide Test after its Perth win against Australia, ahead of the Brisbane Test. He said that Australia, which won the Pink Ball Test, now has the rhythm. He said that after the Perth win, India played the Test 10 days later and lost that rhythm in Adelaide. Meanwhile, former off-spinner Harbhajan Singh said that India still has a chance to make a comeback in this series which is tied at 1-1 and both teams have shown that both have the ability to make a comeback.

Let us tell you that Australia registered a 10-wicket win in the day-night Test played in Adelaide after losing the first Test match of the series in Perth by 295 runs. After this, the five-match Border-Gavaskar Trophy is tied at 1-1, while the third Test match of the series will start in Brisbane from Saturday. Gavaskar told Star Sports, 'The rhythm that the Indian team had gained in Perth was lost during the 10-day break. Now the rhythm is with Australia because they have won this Test match.'

He said, 'You are playing at Gabba a few days after the Adelaide Test. So the rhythm is now with the Australian team.' Talking to the same channel, former spinner Harbhajan Singh said that India should try to play their best cricket to win at 'Gabba' before moving to more favorable places like Sydney and Melbourne.

Harbhajan said, 'I think their (India's) best chances will be in Sydney and Melbourne. Anyway, if you play your best cricket at Gabba and win there, then you will definitely win one match in Melbourne or Sydney.'

He said that despite the crushing defeat in Adelaide, India has the ability to make a comeback in the series. He said, 'The draw in the first two Test matches shows that both teams have the ability to make a comeback. Australia has made a comeback, now it is probably India's turn to turn the tables.'

Harbhajan, who has taken 711 wickets at the international level, also agreed that India lost the momentum due to the long gap between the first and second Test.
