India vs Australia 4th test Day 3 Stumps: The fourth match of the five-match Border Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 between India and Australia is being played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. On the third day of the Boxing Day Test match i.e. on Saturday, with the help of Nitish Kumar Reddy's unbeaten century, India had scored 358 runs for the loss of nine wickets till the game was ended early due to poor light.
On the second day of the match, Australia had scored 474 runs in their first innings and in response, the Indian team was 116 runs behind Australia's 474 runs in the first innings. At the end of the third day's play, Reddy was playing after scoring 105 runs and Mohammad Siraj was playing after scoring two runs. Pat Cummins and Scott Boland took three wickets each for Australia.
Nitish Kumar Reddy scored a brilliant century for India. Nitish Reddy played a brilliant century innings with the help of 10 fours and a six on 173 balls. This is his first century in Test cricket.
