Sold over 12,600 units in December, the Hyundai Creta remains the leader in the India SUV market and has seen a 36 percent growth YoY. It is safe to say that this specific product caters to a wide audience as its popularity grows every year.

Sales Percentage Drops Very Slightly

Hyundai Venue maintained its spot as the second highest selling vehicle in December. Although, vehicle sales did exhibit a slight decline of 1% at 10,265.

Economic Hatchback Dilemmas

In terms of sales, the premium hatchback I20 was quite the dismal success as it was only able to sell 3453 units which in comparison to the sales in December 2023 are a staggering 25% lower.
