
In order to convert to the Sanatan Dharma these 61 people forsake their former believes and joined the Jain religion by receiving blessings from the head of Shaktidham Ashram, Jagadguru Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi with chants of powerful sacred Vedic mantras in their ear at Kumbh Nagar’s Sector 17 on Wednesday. Thus more than 200 people have taken the sacred Sanatan Diksha at this Maha Kumbh in the camp of Shakti Dham led by Jagadguru Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi.
At this, the devotees were made to sing and dance in tune to Om Namah Shivay. Addressing the gathering during the occasion, the Spiritual Head of the Sparsh Gurukul, Jagadguru Mai Gowri Parivar Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi said that Sanatan Dharma which is as old as cosmos is attracting the individuals of the world and they are seeking refuge in spiritualism. Sanatan Dharma only can guide today’s youth who are involved in addiction and stress. That is why there are people going to which Hinduism and practitioners increase it, Devi said.
One of the two stated that he has majority of friends affected by this disease and this was evidenced by his next participant, Catherine Gildemin who works in the bone disease department in Belgium and took Guru Diksha. She mentioned that the affairs of life, the business, the hectic schedule had added a lot of stress to her life and even personal life was not too good. “It was in this period that I met Jagadguru Sai Maa and received a new lease of life”, she contended.
Although David Harrington is employed in the sales and marketing sector in Ireland, he got smitten with the Sanatan Dharma. To him, Sanatan Dharma is rather simple and this is what enthused him to come from the seven seas to India. Sanatan does not present anything to you in the sense that it is the only way of life which does not make any demands. It seemed to me since the time I started using it that its design and everything about it is raw and unadulterated. On the auspicious occasion of Maha Kumbh, I have adopted Sanatan Dharma which helped me a great deal to find out solace and joy,” he claimed.
Olivier Giulieri, a software engineer from France narrate how all his material desires have been granted but he found that something was missing.

Some of these persons are architect, Matthew Lawrence in the United States, physician, Andre Anat in Canada, energy sector worker, Jenny Miller in the United States, IT developer, Matthew Savoie in Canada and health and safety consultant, Christel de Cat in Belgium. Till now, as many as 200 and more foreigners have taken Sanatan Diksha in this holy Maha Kumbh at Shakti Dham camp with the blessings of Jagadguru Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi. Jagadguru Sai Maa is an Indian Mauritius national from a Brahmin background and has been involved in the spreading of Hinduism for about one and half decade.
Nine disciples of foreign origin converted to Hinduism in 2019 at the inspiration of Sai Maa. Three of them were given the title of Mahamandleshwar, two of them are anamita and another twenty-some were women. Following Sai Maa, there are people from over twelve countries of the world have been transformed and are now Hindus. Many devotees from Japan, America, Israel, France and most of European countries received Diksha from her.
