Women’s WPL would take place in India during the February and March month while consisting of four major metropolises. The starting match would be held between the Royal Challengers Bengaluru and the Gujarat Giants tournaments at the Kotambi Stadium which is in Baroda.
Baroda would be the first city to play the opening match for Women’s Indian Premier League alongside WPL. the newly constructed venue will first sponsor six matches alongside Bangalore that would further hold six as well.
This will be the first time the Ekana Stadium will be hosting the Women’s Premier League and Lucknow will be the WPL’s third stop in terms of match locations. The venue will host four games, after which the Brabourne Stadium located in Mumbai will host the last two league stage games, the eliminator, and the final on March 15.
